Very relaxed and super efficient. Enjoyable. Super speedy no hanging around waiting Well organised and very flexible and accommodating. Meet with all Managers and end client. All inters were done via team and was easy to use and fast.

Entretien
Initial chat with recruiter to establish basic suitability and understanding, followed by informal chat with hiring manager to discuss any queries, then finally a formal video interview with hiring manager plus-one. Very professional and engaging throughout, and thankfully not too many dreary competency-based questions in the final stage.

Entretien
There was an initial interview with the Talent Manager, ( Emma Buckley) this then went to a further two interviews, both increasing in length. Emma was in constant communication explaining processes within Guidant Global and indeed updating me on the culture of GG. In a time when there are far more candidates than actual roles, it is wonderful to see when you are being selected for an interview using the human empathy route. The whole process was an enjoyable experience and I would like to work with GG in the future.
