J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Gucci (Los Angeles, CA) en janv. 2019
Entretien
The interview process was stream lined, transparent and easy. Questions were asked that were easy to answer. The interviewers were kind and knowledgeable. When I first went in, I was early and they were also early.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you worked with a difficult employee
Months worth of interviews they take a very long time to make their decision. Recruiters suck and waste your time. Interview after interview after interview then months later call for another interview
Smooth, easy and very pleasant. Professional and very serious interview. The interviewer didn't waste any time and came down right to business. I felt very comfortable. My advise is to be well prepared and have the experience to back it up.
I applied online and was contacted immediately. I have an initial phone screening and then met with the Regional director for an in person interview. I didn't hear back so I assumed they weren't interested. But after two months, I was contacted by the recruiter to see if I was still interested in the role. They had me complete the online application (again for the second time) and we went back and forth on my salary requirement. They informed me that they wanted to fill this role quickly. We agreed on a salary that was within their range. But then I didn't hear from them for a couple weeks. When I followed up, the recruiter informed me that they haven't come to a decision and for me to wait. It's been over a month again. I get the whole interview process and I know that I may not be the best candidate. But from a brand that prides itself in internal customer service, I'm surprised at the lack of follow up and transparency. All candidates (who go through several interviews) deserves a follow up.
