Got an email to schedule a phone interview. Then had the 1 hour phone interview. In this interview I was asked to write a stack class in java with certain functions. I thought the interview went decently, but struggled with certain methods of the class. However, rather than sending me a rejection, they simply did not respond at all. Have some common decency to at least inform the interviewee of their result, rather than just ghosting them. I spent an hour of my time for this interview and many more hours preparing. Basic courtesy goes a long way.
