A phone call from their HR representative followed by a 2-hour in-person interview. The interview included a coding exercise and meeting with the Director of Development and a Team Lead. I got the feeling they interview a large number of candidates on a regular basis, but at the same time they don't care much for a thorough interview process. The decision is made based on a single in-person interview.

They sent me Developer Self-Assignment for self-rating first, and then phone interview was scheduled. When I passed the phone interview I got testing and interview at their office. HR employee said the test would be something about.NET and SQL, but the actual test was including jQuery, HTML, and some other technologies. ( It was like a college test) There were 3 people including me to take the test. After the test, I had the interview with HR manager, the questions were mostly general questions.
