The interview process was straightforward. An aptitude exam is required, but it's doable in two hours. The hiring managers are direct and clearly describe what is expected in the roles.

They seem to have employee churn, so they asked if I would stay for number of years, 2-5 years, as a verbal commitment, nothing in writing.
