I saw the post at OCC, It was asking for at least 1year experience I had just 6 months and I still aplied. I received a call the next day saying they were interested. They sent me some online interviews, I answered and then they called me for in site interview. I talked to someone at hr department who sent me with my ex-boss. Then he applied me a very improvised exam, I passed it and they called me one week after the test to sign my contract. I started one week after because I was already working with other company. They are interested in geting you in as fast as possible.
