I sent them an email the same day they requested a video, explaining that I was dealing with a difficult situation due to storm damage in my city and asking if I could submit it a bit later. I did eventually send the video, along with several follow-up emails, but I haven’t received any response and appear to be being ignored.

First is to record video answering all the questions they had, after that I had 3 following interview, 2 times with recruiter, 1 times with the CEO. All process took me around 2 to 3 months.

The recruiter arrived late to the interview, which led to a rushed and somewhat unprofessional atmosphere throughout. Despite completing the task assigned to me, I never received any further communication from them afterward.
