First interview stage lasted over an hour but friendly interviewer, it wasn’t awkward at all, she told me about her experiences and ask me about mine. Decent questions asked. Had a store approval the following week. Manager was bit rude but approved regardless.
Friendly and relaxed.
Three stage interview…
Telephone chat, leading to a team’s interview, both of which were informal and friendly.
Finally store approval, which again had a very relaxed and welcoming feel.

Entretien
Applied online, received an email from a recruiter asking me a few questions about availability, then the area manger emailed me arranging an interview for in a weeks time. I had the interview with the area manger and business manager. Both were so lovely and friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I received a phone call 2 hours later inviting me for a store approval the next day. I had the store approval with the floor manager, she asked a few questions about customer service and gave me a lot of information about the shop I’ll be working in. A few hours later I received an email offering me the job.
You have to really prepare for it, research Clarins and they’re products, customer service and make you know all about selling products and techniques.

Lovely interview process. Relevant questions and informative about the role. It was a great chance to learn a bit more about the company too, including the history of the brand and their eco friendly stance.
