First, there is a portfolio review. After some time, there are two interviews with different seniors. It varies as where your job is situated. It is usually with creative directors.

The interview process went well. HR contacted me for an initial introduction and scheduled a video call with the Art Director, where I presented my portfolio and discussed scenario-based questions. In the next round, I met with team members from both the creative and account management departments. For the final round, I was invited to meet the head of the office in person, but I chose not to proceed as I had accepted another job offer.
