Applied online, invited to interview on site. Straight forward interview with two people from the management team. Both interviewers seemed stressed and somewhat distracted on the day. There was a big focus on 'what if' situations and 'fire fighting'. I did not get a positive feeling about the company or the working environment. I got the impression of a tough, pressurised workplace and a high staff turnover was alluded to.
