The interview lasted 30 minutes at the most and we just sat in the restaurant. There were no difficult questions in my opinion. I was offered a job right there.

Super easy, if you know someone that already works at ground round and you might usually don't have to answer any questions (personal expiernce) make sure you bring social security card, work permit, and ID to the interview

I originally applied for a busser. I went there and filled out an application, then talked to the boss. After that he told me to come back at a certain day. Filled out more papers. The boss asked if I could work host and then I started working host.
