Overall very negative experience. Scheduled interviewers did not show up and someone else filled in instead. Hiring manager grilled me the whole time, not even bothering to sell the position. Two-way interviews anyone? Then they just ghosted after me having to put up with a very long interview process. Heard about the layoff recently. Feel like I dodged a huge bullet. Sucks for the folks who were there tho.

A multi-part interview that involved TWO technical screens including CoderPad. Friendly and thorough, but definitely some pressure doing live coding! Be ready! They are looking for talent for sure. Don’t come unprepared.

Its really fun and engaging, team really takes time to understand what you're looking for and paints a great picture of what is needed at Grindr. Additionally its really great to hear about the transformation of this company into a mature public company. The team had a very clear process and was very fast to respond to you when you had questions. Very little haggling for salary or other type things.
