Entretien
I was emailed a few days in advance about a phone interview with a time range where a recruiter would call me. On the day and time in question, the time range passed without me getting a call. I replied to the email they had sent me a few days before and explained the situation and asked if there would be a time that worked for them to reschedule. I continued with my day, running errands, etc... Upon returning home, I noticed I had a missed call almost 1/2 after the interview time range and an email telling me I had missed my interview and to reschedule. I got an email saying that my first email had not gone through, as it was blocked. The email saying I had missed my interview was from an email with "no reply" in the email address (the first address which I had replied to did not). Over all this was highly unprofessional and their inability to communicate on agreed upon terms or be communicated with on any terms but their link to reschedule another interview were atrocious.

There were no questions, that would have required the decency and professionalism to communicate.
Pretty straight forward. Be ready for the common questions (google them for help!) and make sure to read up on the company. It’s good to be prepared to answer about strengths, weaknesses and a time you have succeeded at work.
This was the worst interview I have ever had, and it was only a phone interview.
To begin, I had to schedule a time for the interview, and the only day available to select was one week away. No other days were available. Inconvenient, but fine.
Then, the interview. I received the call. It was evident that my interviewer was a non-native English speaker. You could very easily tell that he/she was reading from a script with awkward terrible pauses. After I answered each question, it was apparent that some of my answers were lost in translation. How frustrating! I even asked some questions that weren't comprehended because of a language barrier.
It's outrageous that someone -who is deciding employment for an English speaker- does not have a command of the language. I have nothing against non native English speakers, but it is unacceptable to have someone interviewing in English who doesn't have a command of the language.
After the interview, it was made apparent the next day that the position wasn't even open for applicants at all.
The whole interview process felt impersonal (script reading) and unprofessional.
Pay is poor as well.
