Had a pre screening phone interview which lead to my resume being forwarded to the hiring manager. In person interview was fairly comfortable. I was provided with a tour of the facility. Interview was one on one, followed by a second interview immediately. Interview was not overly stressful and the job duties were discussed in depth.

The company appears to be focused on employees interpersonal skills and candidates ability to work and interact within a multi cultural environment. Concerned about potential employee availability.

Entretien
I was found via LinkedIn by a recruiter for the company. After doing a quick phone interview with the recruiter, I was quickly given an in-person interview, which consisted of the center manager, assistant manager and another medical specialist.
The interview was super relaxed and casual.

How do you see yourself acclimating to a new job environment that is face paced?
Casual process with a conversation with the center manager followed by a tour. If the interview goes well, they introduce you to other members of the team and/or give you the opportunity to speak one on one with another member of the medical staff

Entretien
Phone interview to set up face to face interviews with center manager and recruiter. Basic qiestions on experience amd personal history. Asked a few experienced based questions such as what is a situation where you had to deal with an risky situation you knew was wrong? Then if selected you will recieve a job offer.
