Was interviewed by the assistant manager because the manager was leaving. From what was described to me the place is nothing but a revolving door, with the managers refusing to uphold some policies (such as allowing people to donate way earlier then they should) and sticking by others (such as not allowing donors to leave the building after being banded) when it is convenient for them.
You had best believe if a donor came in early, you allowed them to donate and they had some sort of medical emergency as a direct result of the decision to be allowed to donate early they would hang your fanny out to dry and terminate your employment immediately!
Playing favorites with the established protocols when it suits the management is playing with fire with the patients/donors as well your employment. This is not a place I wish to work for and is a big problem with "for profit companies".
The assistant manager who interviewed me stated several times during the interview that "We are SO short staffed". Gee, I wonder why?
The same three jobs have been posted on their website for the past 30 + days.
Keep up the good work Grifols!!!
