I applied in March at Grifols (located in Arlington, Texas).
About a week later, they called me to schedule a phone interview. After the interview, she said she would forward her notes to the recruiter for Grifols, and it would take about 24-48 hours. I did not hear back until almost a week later, and she called to confirm it would be just a little bit longer before someone got back to me, since the full time position was filled and they only had part time. 2 days later the recruiter called, and I scheduled a onsite interview at Grifols. The interview was pretty laid back, and it went very well! the next day, they called and i got the job.

Apply online, 1 week later phone interview from third party company. Another week, got job offer as donor tech not phlebotomist. The assistant manager said they not have openings job for phlebotomist at that time. I think he just wants to be nice because I did not have any experience in medical field. I only have AMT phlebotomist certification. I appreciate 🙏 the opportunity they offer me as candidate. At least, I got one step closer to become phlebotomist one day.
