They asked me technical questions only and when I asked other applicants they received no such questions. Very nice although the interviewer was silent and would not engage in small talk making it awkward.

I was the the first hire in the team, so my process might not apply to everyone else. It was in 3 stages. A phone screening with an external recruiter followed by interviews on MS Teams with the Manufacturing Director and then one with the Filling and Purification Managers. I had a pleasant experience. It felt more like a conversation with sharing experiences rather than a formal interview.
