Interview went well and the Community Manager said I would be scheduled the next week with her manager for a second interview. I found out on the company job portal that I was no longer being considered for the position! I found the whole process very unprofessional, I even turned down another job opportunity because of what she told me. Treat people fair and with respect! DO NOT mislead them into thinking they are hired to them to get them out of your office.

Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse

I would say that the Interview process was fairly simple. Very Straight forward questions. My interview process lasted a total of two days. I interviewed with the raleigh north carolina leasing division.

I was working in a management position when ownership decided it was best to have Greystar take over managing their properties. I interviewed with Greystar and was offered a leasing position.
