I first had a phone screening interview which went well. Then it proceeded to teams interview with the assistant manager. The assistant manager came to the teams meeting late and then rushed through questions in the interview because she had another "interview" lined up. The interaction didn't seem genuine and came off as unprofessional and I didn't get the job since our interaction was so short due to her being late.

Pretty casual, basic questions- make it seem like they’ll give you the job then ghost you but that seems to be a thing for many individuals! Not very negotiable on salary, immediately hit with a budget excuse
