Sent an email to schedule the interview. The interview took place 1 week later over zoom, it lasted for about 20 min. There were in depth question about my current skills and team management

The overall process was fine, for the most part, people are friendly.
They say they promote from within first, but it doesn't seem like it is 100% of the time.
Would have appreciated more follow-up during the interview process and transparency.
