There's 4 rounds: 1. HR phone call 2. Business Development meeting in person 3. Standard HackerRank test + technical interview on zoom to discuss test 4. Director meeting in person.

The actual interviews were smooth, pleasant and rather easy. Until the final round. After 3 interviews I was invited to a fourth round. This was delayed and cancelled at the last minute twice. Then, after a month, I had the final round interview where the interviewer spent the entire time talking about themselves and not actually interviewing. I was told I would hear back within a week or two. Over two months later I had heard nothing back, after chasing. Eventually I received an email from HR asking for a phone call and we agreed a time. I never received this call, and it's now almost three months after my final-round interview and I've received no response.
