There was an initial 15-min phone interview with a sweet grandmotherly lady who appeared to be enamored with every word that came out of my mouth. She asked all surface-level questions. The second round of interviews was with the director of the department and he tailored his behavioral questions to my resume, which was very generous of him. Had a very positive experience overall!
