I had an interview at stair headquarter office in Santa Monica. The interviewer was very informed about the position and very enthusiastic about the company which made me feel comfortable about questioning different aspects of the job and she very clearly describe the position and all of its potentials.

fill out an application form and answer some basic personal information. meet wit the HR first, introduce yourself, then wait for the phone call for second round interview. After the second interview, then have a final interview and meet with a people like director or something. After the final interview, wait for the phone call for result.
