The process felt disorganized and lacked personal engagement, which made it difficult to build trust or develop a genuine connection with the company throughout the different stages of the recruitment experience.

I was stopped on the street by a recruiter and we had a chat. It went well and i left my phone number with her and she called me for a phone interview which went well. i was then called two days later to appear at a group interview the following week.
