The interview process was very long, multiple calls on the phone and in person interviews. One extremely long personality and abilities test on the phone which totaled almost an hour. Face to face with higher ups Aterwards and then finally background checks, etc. it was not anything overly hard and I appreciate the fact that they are trying to hire certain personalities, but a bit of intuitive interaction with a potential employee should do just as well.
