Not organized at all. They sent me a link to join them for a meeting where they didn't mention with who it will be or how long. On the interview I found out that a ,,junior recruiter,, will be responsible for end to end process which is a very big responsibility if you are looking for somebody junior and it doesnt make sense. Then I was asked to do a personality test and share references with a 1 day deadline, which I did and then I never have heard from the company again.
