They seemed wanted to know how you communicate with other team members. So the technical interview questions were not just like some random algorithm questions
Many of behavioral and culture fit questions are also related to the communication.
Overall, I had very positive experience with them but I could not convince them to hire me.

Entretien
There was a phone screen followed by two more technical phone screens (so three phone calls total). I made it to the onsite interview and enjoyed it. The people who interviewed me (and thus the people that work there) are interested in really testing how you think, not just how you respond to questions.
