      Entretien

      1st round is with the recruiter: General info about your background and what your expectations are. 2nd round: With a peer on the team, more situational questions and overall overview of the team. 3rd round: Homework assignment. The recruiting team did an excellent job of setting the right expectations of what the assignment entails. The assignment will take several hours to complete, and the team was flexible with when I can turn it in. 4th round: Hiring manager and a director from the account management team. All the questions during this round are around your experience, and how you have handled certain situations in previous roles. You also get to do a mock presentation, where two interviewers from the CSM and account management team act as the client. This part should be straightforward if you practiced a head of time. 5th final round: Is with the director of the CSM team. This final round is really your time to shine and provide exactly why you want to join the team and the company. Overall the end to end interview experience is very well organized. Every step of the way everything was communicated clearly.

      Entretien

      The interview process was very straight-forward as they told me its based on structured hiring. Which they ask the candidates the same questions and score them and at the end of the rounds, compare score and pick the best candidate. In between those, is a presentation where they ask you to be a CSM taking over an account from Sales, so they want you to present how you would handle a new client and expectations from a CSM. After that was more interviews, followed by more interviews. All in all it was with 5 different people but during this, wasn't prepped at all by the recruiter into how to prepare for next interviewer. I honestly was more prepped by the coordinator if anything but can only answer base questions.

      Entretien

      The process went in the following order: phone screen w/ recruiter, call w/ Hiring Manager, Take-home test, On-site, Presentation, then came the offer. The process overall took about a month.
