Very thorough and structured process that took about a month in total (this included Thanksgiving -- process would have likely taken 3 weeks otherwise). I appreciated that the below interview process came with no surprises -- in fact, it's featured on their website which was shared with me during the first interview. Before Round 4, they also shared with me exactly who I would be talking to, and what we would be discussing. Round 1: Phone Screen w/ Recruiter - about 30-45 minutes Round 2: Interview w/ Hiring Manager - 45 minutes Round 3: Take Home Assessment - Though it says it should take 1-2 hours, honestly if you're a perfectionist in any way it will take you double that. - Graded anonymously -- you submit it without your name attached, and a group at Greenhouse grades the presentation as a stand-alone piece. Round 4: Presentation + Additional Interviews - This included six total rounds, totaling about 2-3 hours 1. Recruiter makes sure you're set up and there are no technical issues (10 min) 2. Mock Presentation (15 min + 15 min for Q&A) 3. Case Study w/ CS director (45 min) 4. Culture Add interview (with two non-CS employees) (30 min) 5. Hiring manager interview (30 min) 6. Wrap-up w/ recruiter (15 min)
