The process was pretty straightforward. Applied online, heard back from a recruiter within a couple of days. One phone screen, then an onsite. Onsite consists of one 1-hour coding exercise, one 2-hour coding exercise, a whiteboard system design question, hiring manager lunch, and a "culture add" conversational interview. Everyone was very nice, Greenhouse supplies equipment (and a pairing station) for the coding interviews. I would suggest taking a couple of extra minutes when you set up to get your monitor layout comfortable. The size of the screen and how close it was to me relative to my home setup threw me off, and I missed a lot of text in the code sample as I was going through it.
