Phone call with recruiter, phone call with Director of Product Design, 3 day design challenge, 4 hr on-site, then a final phone call with co-founder Jon Stross. There were no surprises. They were super clear on what they expect of you and it was one of the best interview processes I've gone through. Time flies by pretty quickly over the 4 hours. They give you one room throughout the whole interview with a carafe of water and the interviewers cycle in and out throughout the day, so you can really make yourself at home. Onsite conversations: 1) run through of product with a recruiter 2) Eng 3) PM 4) Structured culture-add interview w/ customer success manager and sales --- SUPER CASUAL COFFEE BREAK WITH USER RESEARCHER ---- 5) Presentation of design challenge with product design team 6) Another convo with Director of Product Design talking more about mgmt styles 7) Give feedback to recruiter

The interview process was seamless. The talent person was proactive in telling me about what to expect and the next steps. There were just way too many rounds of interviews which prolonged the process. But everyone was super positive and gave me a really good idea of the role, scope and impact.
