A dream come true. I applied online and heard back from a recruiting coordinator one week later, who set up a screening call with a current SDR. The first call was upbeat, but pretty standard. We discussed my background, why I was interested in Greenhouse and her experience with the company. The company makes an obvious effort to respect your time and set up a second call. The second call was with an in-house reuniting coordinator who was also extremely friendly and informative about the role and culture at Greenhouse. This round was also fairly standard, speaking about my experience and why Greenhouse and why now. The next day I was contacted to schedule an on site interview. This is where I was truly wowed and impressed. They have somehow created a space where everyone at the company values the hiring process and gets involved. They set me up in a cozy room with refreshments and throughout the day six different, current employees came in and asked me intelligent and well thought out questions regarding skill set, experience, culture and Greenhouse. Since interviewing is a two way street, I asked a lot of questions and everyone was open and genuine with their answers. The process took four hours, but it flew by and I truly enjoyed it. Overall, I walked away confident that this company really does put people first and with appreciation for the time they take to find the best fit.
