It was fun and insightful. I felt that the employees allowed me to state my piece and were very respectful. The questions weren’t average questions so definitely be as prepared as possible and utilize the STAR method.

The interview process took about five weeks. There was a screener interview that led to a larger interview. That interview lasted about two hours. The panel interview was with multiple associates from different practice groups.

They asked about previous experience within litigation practice groups
The interview with a partner and someone from HR was nice but really short. I did not hear any news for a week until I decided to call the recruiter myself only to hear I did not get the job. When I asked for feedback on my interview I never heard back. I believe it is a decent law firm but this is not the way I would treat anyone who is interested in my company. It does not matter whether it is a supportive role or a bigger role.
