The process started great. Their recruiters contacted me for a screening, promptly introduced me to the hiring manager for a first interview, and scheduled team panel interviews the following week. I was told everything went great, they had no negative feedback, and they wanted to schedule a final 1/2 day interview. Then I was ghosted—no return of calls, emails, or texts. After two weeks of no reply, I received an email saying they would be in touch the next day, but they never did. I followed up again and was ignored again. After multiple lengthy interviews and conversations, I found this highly unprofessional and showed that this company has zero respect for their candidates' time.
