They asked few questions in person which was average. If interview went well the HR will email back for reference check and medical check. After that they sent me the offer and sign the documents.

I was called to have a chat about a position just got details about it and it turned into a formal on the phone interview I wasn't prepared and I was walking home from preschool pick up .. I felt so unfairly interviewed by this company.

Process is funny. Want you do reference check first then told you all happy for progress to next stage then they changed their words again. No offical offer email but just a email saying they are happy to progress to the next step. Then everything may change (which it did) after reference check. Make it quiet hard is you may not able to ask the same referee to do another reference check for you for another better opportunity or more solid opportunity.
