Initial video interview with very specific, in-depth questions that were more complex than initially expected for an initial video screen. You can't prepare answers in advance, which is understandable, but there were very specific scenario questions that seemed more appropriate for an in-person interview. Also, with the time limits, you can't really expound on answers in the allotted time.
