I applied online and a recruiter reached out to me after around 1 1/2 weeks for a quick phone call. Waited for the call for around 15 minutes until sending a follow up email, and then the recruiter replied an hour later saying she got caught up in a meeting and asked to reschedule to later that day - I wasn't available so we rescheduled to a couple days later. Phone call was a pretty standard HR call, but took two weeks for the recruiter to get back to me and request an in-person interview with two senior designers from the company. The day I was scheduled to come in for the interview, the recruiter notified me that they were moving forward with another candidate. Overall, recruiter was nice, but interview process was a logistical trainwreck.
