Two interviews at least - 1 with the HR team and then 1 with the CS team. They may bring you back if hired to meet the General Manager as well. More of a casual vibe, open communication.

The interviewer was intentionally intimidating and talked to me like I lacked basic common sense. They asked questions with no wrong answer then proceeded to tell me I was answering the question wrong. I felt very small in that interview and knew I wouldn't get the job 3 minutes in.
