My first interview was with the current Director of Accounting and Administration. It was very informative but laid-back at the same time. It did not quite feel like an interview, it was more of a conversation. Upon call-back, I interviewed with the CEO, the CFO, a Program Officer and the current Receptionist/Administrative Support. The CEO interview was the most demanding but still conversational. The others were more laid-back. They really were getting a feel for the right fit as an individual within the Foundation.
