I applied online and a week later had a phone screener with a recruiter who went over general info about the job including salary and travel and asked basic qualifying questions.
Next, I had a phone interview with two people. They asked questions specific to the role, such as my experience with curriculum and the content area.
The next step was a task to complete. I needed to review a curriculum sample according to question prints and reflect on the experience.
The final round was a Zoom interview with several members of the team.
The entire process was about two months from start to finish. They need to speed the process up. Two months and four interactions for a non-manager role is excessive.
I appreciated that after I received the rejection, the hiring manager offered to meet with me and provide feedback.
