The interview process started with a self-introduction, followed by questions about my experience and strengths. They also asked where I see myself in five years and how I handle challenges.

They asked about my experience in e-commerce, specifically how I manage online platforms, handle customer concerns, and use data or tools to improve sales and overall business performance.
The interview process requires a written exam, an initial interview with HR, an interview with your direct manager as well as a possible panel interview with several department heads depending on the role.
