I applied twice, the first time I was turned down due to cutting quality/time (I was fresh out of Cosmetology school), both times were great experiences. I submitted an application & resume in person and was able to schedule an interview within 1-2 weeks. Once you complete the interview you are to perform 3 haircuts (usually popular cuts) in the preferred time 15 minutes. The quality of the cut is more important than the time but over 30 minutes is frowned upon.

It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,
