Online application, phone interview which lasted 10-15 minutes followed by one on one interview in Macclesfield.
Interview process itself is pretty straight forward but the company let themselves down massively by being unresponsive after the actual interview.
I was told that I'll hear back from the company within a couple of weeks after the interview but there was no response after waiting for four weeks. I tried to follow up with 2 emails and ask for an update but still got no reply. I don’t understand how difficult it is to spend a few minutes of your time to reply to the follow up emails and state that I was unsuccessful? Having spent a considerable amount of time preparing and completing all interview stages to not even get a couple of lines of response is unprofessional.

Intially a phone interview to get to know you a bit better. Then a second interview to understand your suitability for the role and previous experience. The last interview was with one of the C-suite members who asked competency and situational based questions.

Easy process overall with HR screening first and then presentation and other interview questions. Two more interviews followed after this and then HR presented with final decision. Final interview is with the potential client who you will be working for/at
i had to create a 15 minute powerpoint on a specific topic and interview about self and past work experiences on the resume presented and technical questions asking about personal experiences
