I knew the hiring personnel yet they were very thorough and professional. A lot of promises were made that were not followed through on management's part. I was eligible for a 20% bonus and they made it seem like they were always paid out. I didn't receive a 20% bonus the entire time I was there. Also, the benefit packages were over inflated and I was disappointed after enrollment,
