First is a phone call from the "CEO" or his assistant. Then an account manager who is learning how to to interview, asks you questions and explains the business and why they love it so much. Then they give a "recommendation" to the CEO.

I went through three interviews, a brief first one with the company president, Erik, then a second one with who would become my team leader (or corporate trainer, as they're called in the company. Then a third one back with Erik. These last two explained the job thoroughly and made sure they answered all my questions (I had quite a few). I was offered a position at the end of my last interview and I accepted.
