It was a unique process compared to the other SW engineering positions I was interviewing for.
- Had no live coding challenges.
- Had 1 phone-screen interview
- Took an at-home test regarding software testing, which had section requiring me to write an algorithm in javascript.
- Filled out a career history and SWOT assessment
- Had 1 more technical interview with 2 senior-level engineers
- Had 1 behavioral interview with COO and Director of HR
