Very simple, a few e-mail exchanges and 1 on-site interview (or phone interview). I met the director of Business Development at a mixing event, and he was more than happy to tell me about the opportunies with his company. There's no tricky business. It's a simple and straightforward, give them your résumé, wait for a response, and go for an interview process.
