Three interviews. First on the phone then two in person with different people. The core focus was personality fit and ability to deal with difficult situations. Overall it was't difficult, but having now been at GrantTree for 1.5 years I've seen many people do fail the culture fit interview, advice to applicants would be to be themselves and be 100% honest without a facade.
