Two rounds of behavioral interviews. Mostly conversation and focus on how I managed conflicts in a team environment. Interviewers were friendly and the recruiter was easily reachable. But I hope they do a better job giving me a recruiting timeline.

Overall, I was left very disappointed in the way the company conducted the interview process. I was passed from recruiter to recruiter until I was eventually ghosted by the company before the final round interview. When I attempted to follow up, I never heard a response. When I reached out again, I never heard a response. Eventually I just stopped reaching out, and still haven't heard a word from the company nearly three months later.
