The Hiring Process: 1) Phone Interview with Recruiter. 2) Zoom Interview with Business Development Manager. 3) Phone Interview with Vice President. 4) They will either have you come in and shadow the reps or do a final phone consultation with one of the local reps to ask any further questions you have. Along the way of the process the original recruiter will be constantly checking in with you to see how things went.
After I went through all of these interviews I had a great impression on the company. The recruiter then told me he would be contacting me the week coming up to present an offer. A week and a half went by with no word from him so I sent an email. 2-3 weeks still no response and then I finally get an email a generic email from him saying I did not get the job with no rhyme or reason.
This company obviously does not care about wasting your time and putting you through 4-5 interviews only to be ghosted as a valuable candidate. I even emailed the recruiter looking for an explanation and he did not have the decency to respond after pretending to be my friend. Apply elsewhere. Something seems to me like a pyramid scheme where they hire and fire people on mass levels.
